Manali – Shimla Tour
Shimla is the capital and largest city of the North Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. This is where most national, as well as international people, gather and various festivals are celebrated here. The Shimla Summer Festival held every year during the peak season and lasting 3 to 4 days is celebrated at the ridge. Highlights of this event include performances by popular singers nationwide. Since 2015, 95.0 BIG FM and Himachal Tourism jointly hold a long winter carnival on the ridge from Christmas to New Year.
Day Wise Plan (From Chandigarh)
Day 1: Chandigarh – Shimla
Pick up from Chandigarh Airport or train station on arrival and move to Shimla. Please visit Pinjore Garden on the way and check in at the hotel upon arrival. Spend the night and relax in Shimla hotel and get ready for the next day with full of excitement.
Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing
After breakfast excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Poney and Yak Ride, and from Kufri, you can see infinite Himalayan panorama. Shimla Mosque (1830), Weiss • Regal • Lodge (1885), Christian Church (1844), Goethe Theater (1887), Grind Rays Bank Robert Melville Grindley, Scandal Point, North • A world-wide bank that began with The Mall’s famous shopping plaza. Please stay at Shimla’s hotel after a day of enjoyment and relaxation.
Day 3: Shimla – Manali (265Km 8Hrs)
After breakfast, the transfer from Shimla to Manali by road En route, visit Kullu Valley, Beas River, Dashehra Maidan, etc. Arrival and transfer to hotel Manali. Free evening to rest. Overnight at the hotel in Manali.
Day 4: Manali Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, Visit the Hidimbadevi temple with the history of 450 years, the oldest temple in Manali, the center and monastery in Tibet, the village of Vasisth, the famous tourist attraction Sulpher visit the Roerich Art Gallery. Baptist Temple, Solang Valley is watching glaciers and snow peaks at an altitude of 3978 meters. Also, visiting Kothi, Rahala Waterfalls on the way. (If weather conditions or roads are open). The rest of the day is leisure or walking on the mall road. Then overnight stay at a hotel in Manali.
Day 5: Rohtang Pass (100 Km Round Tour)
Early morning visit a place not to be missed – Rohtang Pass (51 kilometers / 3 hours) from Manali at an altitude of 3978 meters. In addition, visiting Kothi, Rahala Waterfalls along the way (if weather conditions and roads are open). The rest of the day is leisure take a stroll down the Mall road. Night stay in Manali (visit to Rotan Path which is not included in expenses because the weather and roads are open) (as per the ruling by Himachal government authority outsiders not allowed to go to do the Rohtang & Guests must have a car from the union of government on a direct payment basis). After return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.
Day 6: Manali – Chandigarh (300Km/7Hrs)
After breakfast, depart to Chandigarh by the surface. On arrival drop at Airport to fly back to your own destination.
